A) Dates of Meetings for 2000.
Mike Colling asked that before we set the dates could someone volunteer to represent the Area at the Council Meeting on 8/1/2000. David Lloyd-Jones said that he would take on the task.
Chris Bromley read out the dates of the meetings for 2000 as follows:-

Dec 5th
B) Alex Whittaker and Mike Parry gave an open invitation for anyone to visit their site and fly with them. They also presented the Committee with a copy of their clubs newsletter to study.
They also asked for input from modellers in the area towards creating a "Sports
Flyer" column in RCME which will be starting in the new year.
The Meeting ended at 9.15pm.
